Pop’In Healthcare & Recovery is an independent, WA-owned health, mental health and disability support practice founded by Ben Turner and Elita Kirk.

Ben and Elita created Pop’In from a shared belief that people should not have to navigate healthcare, mental health support and the NDIS alone. Their vision is to build an approachable service where clinical care and practical recovery support work together—helping people understand their options, make informed decisions and take meaningful steps toward better health, independence and quality of life.

Elita, an endorsed Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Director, provides person-centred nurse practitioner consultations, health assessments, treatment planning, medication reviews, referrals, pathology and ongoing clinical care within her professional scope. Ben, an experienced Psychosocial Recovery Coach and Support Coordinator with more than 14 years across disability and mental health services, provides NDIS support coordination, recovery coaching, capacity building, crisis and wellness planning, and practical support to turn plans into action.
